We worked closely with the CA and interior designer to complete the internal refurbishment of the internal common parts and entrance lobby. 

This included new lighting, air-conditioning, specialist lift surround, wallpaper, redecoration and carpet renewal.  Works were completed smoothly and the building remained occupied throughout.
