Woodgrove was appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver a four-year programme of external refurbishment works across the prestigious Ashley Gardens Estate in Westminster.
The phased programme involved the refurbishment of two to three mansion blocks each year, which included external scaffolding, roofing, masonry, metalwork and carpentry repairs, replacement of rainwater goods, and the complete redecoration of all previously painted surfaces.
Through careful planning, proactive project management, and close collaboration with the client and residents, Woodgrove successfully delivered the programme on time and within budget.
The works enhanced the appearance, durability, and long-term performance of the estate while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and minimising disruption throughout the project.
