We were instructed to undertake internal refurbishment works of the common parts to this residential block which remained occupied throughout.
Regular communication with the client, CA, architects, and residents was essential for the successful completion of this project. All parties are delighted with what is almost the end result. We stripped out existing finishes and replaced the following:
- Lighting and installed a new UPS system
- Replastered and redecorated walls
- Decorative cornice and skirting repairs
- Bespoke joinery, beading and wall panelling including the lift car
- Ironmongery
- Floor finishes
